Online Initial Consultation with the Sports Physiotherapist. Once you sign up and make your payment, you will be directed to a booking page to schedule a time to video call with the physiotherapist. If you cannot find a suitable time from those available, please submit a special request for outside of hours. We try to accommodate for as many time zones as possible.
This type of consultation is a starting point for all programs as it allows the physiotherapist to assess the injury and direct you to the most appropriate program if required. It is also an option for those who are unsure of what type of program best suits.
This plan includes a video assessment via Skype (or equivalent), an online exercise plan and monitoring system and email follow-up for 2 weeks.
