Shoulder Testing

Check your shoulder health here with this simple test using common gym equipment. Make sure you warm up and if there is any pain, do not continue. The goal is to find your comfortable weight that you can perform the exercises at least 20 times (i.e. 20 repetitions). Submit the details in the form and we will look at the results and give you feedback. Your ratio will be emailed to you for reference and you can test it over a period of time.
